Horseradish Cream Sauce



This is an easy sauce that goes well with beef tenderloin, chicken and even vegetables.

Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 TBS prepared horseradish
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Taste, and add more horseradish if you like a little stronger flavor.

(Can be made a day ahead). Keep refrigerated.
