Balsamic Dressing


Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove of fresh garlic - crushed
  • 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients together in a screw-top jar.  Shake till combined.
  2. Drizzle on salad just before serving. 
  3. You can sprinkle salt & fresh pepper on the salad. 
  4. Dressing can be kept in the fridge for 1-2 days.
